With a work index of 2.4, the state attracts 2.4x more E-3 visa filings than its share of Australian residents would predict. 12,732 Aussies call New York home, but a staggering 19,324 E-3 filings have been filed here since 2020 — nearly a third of all E-3 jobs nationwide. From Wall Street to Madison Avenue, companies like Macquarie Holdings (USA) and Amazon are flying the flag for Australian talent.
